Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to Find Peace
EFT combines gentle tapping on certain body points while speaking phrases out loud. When I first learned the technique, I gave up early. Many years later, tapping released fears from my childhood.
EFT is a useful tool for a personal peace procedure. The technique can be a great healing centerpiece for everyone. EFT provides a means of re-balancing the energy system, clearing negative emotions and allowing the body's energy system to re-align itself into a natural and healthy flow.
EFT involves making a list of specific troublesome events in your life. Working on them one at a time, you can pull out embedded negative thoughts and eliminate emotions that manifest as physical ailments.
Limiting self-beliefs can also be dispelled using the EFT process, leaving you free to realize your full potential. You can process feelings as soon as they come up by tapping them through your system.
