Want Peace? The Unlimited Free Gift the Always-on Generation is Ignoring

We can connect with something free and always fully available to us.

Detaching from nature's cycles is unhealthy for wellbeing

The disconnected problem

We've evolved so quickly in so many advantageous ways. But we've lost our true nature along the way.

We constantly get our cortisol and dopamine from fast-flowing information stimulation. Our screens provide constant notifications and stimulation. Our work is an endless to-do list.

We are connected 24/7, and there are not enough lifetimes to do everything we want to.

We have the benefits of infinite possibilities, but anxiety and stress levels are soaring.

We live in a more synthetic environment and are becoming increasingly disconnected from the very source of our existence.

The frequency problem

We're not solid but rather intricate arrangements of atoms, constantly in motion. These atoms vibrate at specific frequencies, creating the energy fields influencing our lives.

Our body is in a constant state of motion.

We are constantly plugged into the always-on world, overcomplicating our lives and presenting negativity. This dictates our energy movement and frequency and takes us away from peace.

The control problem

Advancements in medicine have increased our longevity. Technological innovations have improved decision-making. We have significantly reduced the risk of accidents and injuries in daily life.

This progress has given us a greater sense of control and confidence.

Yet many people experience heightened anxiety and unease.

We overestimate our control. When things don't go as expected, this creates a painful gap.

Observe what nature teaches

How often are we in motion without looking?

Ignoring nature means missing out on a much-needed source of awe and wonder. Who doesn't want to live in a life of awe and wonder? And it costs nothing!

Spend some time just observing the incredible wealth of life that nature provides. Marvel at them. Enjoy not just the sunrises and sunsets but all the visual treats given to you.

Observe the new life of a plant that springs up. See the tree that survived the storm by bending. Watch how the tide comes in and goes out.

Observe nature and see how we are the same.

It's wrong to think that we are separate from nature as humans.

Tune in to nature's frequency

Allow for the flow of life because we cannot be permenantly in flower.

Life is a motion of natural cycles and rhythms, just like nature. Things are constantly shifting.

See yourself as a river moving downstream. It can be tranquil or the rapids. Eventually, it becomes part of something bigger.

It is fruitless to try to work against a tide. Wait for your wave and ride it. At times, withdraw or do nothing.

"Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard."
― Tao Te Ching

We are taught that doing is the solution, but sometimes, just sitting back is a better course. It conserves energy and allows good things to happen.

Only seek answers when they are there.

Enjoy the cosmic dance with life rather than fight against it.

Internal change means it's impossible for things to always be level and stay the same. You're only sometimes at your best, and it's why 9-5 jobs don't work.

There is no peace if you have lost touch with the rhythm of life.

Accept change as the true nature of life

The most important lesson from nature is seeing change. Life is change.

Nature is creation, and it all takes place in good time. Seasons come and go. Storms come and end. Good things will happen, and so will bad; there is a time for everything.

There is no resisting this. Allow mind storms to do their thing and move on.

Our ancestors lived in nature accepting how little control they had, and connected better with the rhythm of life. They planted their crops according to the phases of the moon. They celebrated the changing seasons through rituals.

You are not in control of the universe.

The cycle of life has beginnings and endings. An ending is an opportunity for new growth. Even stars die if you wait long enough.

Live authentically through your own nature

Your purpose is to stay in harmony like nature.

Adjust with the forces of life, and adapt to what comes your way.

Fully experience its energy, allow rather than resist.

You are not fighting life by being in a place of acceptance and ease.

Wishing you well,
Howard
